I’ve been grabbing these after workouts and they work well for me. The taste is decent, and they actually keep me full for a while, which I appreciate. I wouldn’t say they’re some miracle snack, but for me, they make it easier to stay on track with my protein goals.

I’ve ordered from theproteinbar.com a few times now, and the portions are just better than I expected. The bowls don’t look massive when you first get them, but they actually fill me up, especially when you add protein.

The only thing is that some orders feel a little uneven, like one time I got way more rice than chicken. Still, overall it’s good and not tiny like some other healthy food spots, so I’d give it 4 stars.
